We will make every effort to see you at your scheduled appointment time. There will be no charge for changing your appointment provided that we are given48 hours notice (72hours over a weekend). Please note that a cancellation fee (50% of the planned appointment cost) will apply if your appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (72hours over a weekend).
It is our practice policy to provide full information about the cost of all dental work before any treatment is carried out. We will provide patients with a printed treatment estimate of the charges for all treatment. For more complex treatments, a full written report will be sent to the patient and all the treatment options will be discussed prior to any work being undertaken. You may pay for your dental care by cheque, cash, or debit/credit card. Our policy is that all patients are required to pay a proportion of their treatment cost each visit and the balance on completion, unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon with the dentist.
Here at London Periodontics and Implant Dentistry we take complaints very seriously and if you are not satisfied with our service in any instance please contact the practice by calling 0207 563 9989 and in writing by addressing your letter to Dr David Holmes and Dr Leticia Casanova. We aim to respond to all complaints within 7 working days. If you would like more information about our complaints policy please ask within the practice.
